Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using img2img.net, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Safety rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping access to your account secure, and for notifying us if you believe the account has been compromised.

Free credits, daily credits, subscriptions, and add-on credits are tied to the eligible account. You may not create or coordinate accounts to evade limits, obtain duplicate grants, or interfere with service safeguards.

Your Images, Prompts, and Instructions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant img2img.net the limited permission needed to process that content, operate the requested generation, deliver results, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for every image, face, logo, product, style reference, prompt, and other material you submit. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

Generated Results

Results can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing or relying on them. Commercial use depends on your source rights, the selected model, the applicable product terms, and local law.

We do not promise that a result will be unique, error-free, legally protectable, or fit for professional, regulated, or high-risk decisions.

Prohibited Use

You may not use img2img.net to:

• Create or distribute illegal content.
• Exploit, sexualize, groom, identify, or endanger minors.
• Create non-consensual intimate content or sexual deepfakes.
• Impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten, or deceive another person.
• Violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Create malware, phishing material, abusive automation, or content intended to bypass safeguards.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell accounts, credits, or access unless expressly authorized in writing.

Credits and Generation Charges

The interface shows the app-credit cost before generation. Credits are reserved and recorded by the server. Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly credit period and do not roll over. Annual plans are paid for the selected annual term but issue subscription credits monthly.

Eligible active subscribers may purchase add-on credits. Add-on credits do not expire, but continued model and feature access is governed by the entitlement attached to the purchase and the models that remain supported.

When a technical failure or timeout produces no output, reserved app credits are returned through a visible ledger entry. Returned credits keep the expiration date of the original credit lot; already-expired credits do not become newly spendable. Subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered output does not create an automatic credit or cash refund.

Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscription charges are paid in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not provide automatic prorated refunds after the refund window.

Service Changes and Availability

Image models, settings, prices in app credits, limits, and features can change as the service evolves. We may suspend a model, setting, task, or account when necessary for security, rights protection, reliability, maintenance, or legal compliance.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular processing time, or that every prompt and source image will produce an output.

Enforcement and Appeals

We may reject content, restrict generation, preserve necessary evidence, suspend access, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated. Where an appeal is available, you can submit it through the support process identified on the Contact page.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, img2img.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
