Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how img2img.net handles information when you visit the website, create an account, upload reference images, generate results, manage credits, or request support.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service:

• Account information: name, email address, account identifier, and session information.
• Uploaded content: reference images you choose to submit after signing in.
• Generation information: prompts, selected model and settings, task status, generated outputs, and technical records needed to complete or troubleshoot a task.
• Credit and billing records: plan, credit grants and deductions, renewal state, orders, refunds, disputes, and the evidence needed to keep an accurate ledger.
• Usage and device information: pages and features used, timestamps, browser and device characteristics, approximate network information, and security events.
• Support and safety information: messages, reports, appeals, and files you intentionally provide when asking for help.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Create and protect accounts and sessions.
• Process image generation requests and deliver results.
• Calculate credits, maintain an auditable credit history, and manage subscriptions.
• Restore task status and notify you inside the website when a result is ready.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, enforce our terms, and respond to reports or appeals.
• Measure product performance and improve usability.
• Meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-handling obligations.

Image and Draft Handling

Before sign-in and generation, selected images remain in your browser. A sign-in draft can remain in that browser for up to 30 minutes so the form can be restored after authentication.

After you confirm Generate, reference images enter short-lived private processing. img2img.net deletes its original full-resolution input objects after the task reaches a final state and applies a hard one-hour limit from submission, with retry and monitoring if cleanup does not complete normally. Source images are not added to account history by default.

Generated outputs have the following retention periods:

• For accounts without active paid access, results are retained for up to 7 days.
• While an account has active paid access, its stored generated results are not scheduled for deletion.
• When paid access ends, stored generated results are retained for up to 30 additional days before deletion.
• Changing, canceling, or resuming a paid plan does not delete results before the applicable retention period ends.

Minimal security, billing, credit-ledger, and dispute records can be retained longer than image history when necessary. Those records do not require retaining the original uploaded image.

Operational Logs and Account Deletion

Routine operational logs are normally retained for up to 30 days. Security, billing, and audit records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to protect the service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

When you delete your account, access is disabled immediately. Active account data and stored output objects controlled by img2img.net are scheduled for deletion within 30 days. Backup copies expire through the normal backup rotation.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You can:

• Remove or replace selected images before generation.
• Delete saved results and generation history.
• Review credit activity and subscription status.
• Update profile information or delete your account in account settings.
• Submit a support, safety, copyright, or privacy request through the Contact page.

Security

img2img.net uses encrypted transport, private object access, short-lived delivery links, access controls, input validation, audit records, and server-only secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should avoid submitting content you do not have the right or authority to use.

Children

The service is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to use it. Do not upload sexual content involving minors or use the service to exploit, endanger, or identify a child.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the product, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be announced inside the service.
