Use Images You Have the Right to Use

Only upload images, faces, artwork, logos, products, and reference material that you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, and contractual rights.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Do not use img2img.net to create, request, upload, or distribute:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming content, or material that identifies or endangers a child.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexual content created from a real person without valid consent.
• Content that facilitates violence, exploitation, trafficking, stalking, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive evidence, phishing, or identity-document manipulation.
• Illegal goods or services, malware, abusive automation, or instructions designed to bypass safeguards.
• Material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Artistic, educational, documentary, or fictional context does not excuse content that is illegal, exploitative, or harmful.

Sensitive and High-Risk Uses

Generated images can contain errors and should not be treated as verified evidence. Do not rely on outputs for medical diagnosis, legal proof, identity verification, public-safety decisions, or other regulated and high-impact decisions.

Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when omission would mislead people about a real event, person, product, or claim.

Moderation and Enforcement

img2img.net may validate uploads and prompts, reject a request, limit generation, preserve minimum audit evidence, suspend an account, or remove access to results when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users and the service.

Safety controls are not perfect. Approval or delivery of a result does not mean the result is lawful, accurate, or safe to publish.

Reporting Content

Use account support to report unsafe content, impersonation, privacy violations, or misuse. Include the relevant result or task identifier and explain the concern. Do not redistribute harmful material merely to report it.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, identify the protected work, the img2img.net material at issue, your contact details, your good-faith belief, and your authority to act for the rights holder.

Appeals

If a request or account is restricted and an appeal is available, submit a support request with the affected task or account information and a concise explanation. Appeals are reviewed using the available account, task, safety, and audit records.

Immediate Danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. The img2img.net support process is not an emergency-response channel.
